The house is located in a very quiet and convenient area: Whole Foods is a 3 minutes walk away, and Central Square (red line) is a 12 minutes walk.
The unit is a duplex in a very nice house, with two bedrooms on the 3rd floor, in which one unfurnished room is available to rent. It has a furnished living room, a kitchen and a bathroom on the 2nd floor, a washing machine and a drying machine in the basement. A lovely garden is shared with the landlord.
