Sublease Atrium Studio

The Apartment name is Atrium, and I'm staying in a studio which has the size of one bedroom. Most BU/BC students know this place. The location is really nice. It is 30 seconds walk from B-line, next to Super 88 market and Shaws. It also has a gym on the first floor. I'd like to transfer my current lease to you starting from November 1

. The rent is $1800. I am giving away my bed and most furnitures. There is a big Walk-in Closet as well.
