A friend of mine is moving to NYC 2/1/16 and he needs someone totake over his lease till 8/31/16: a gorgeous one-bedroom apartment with modernkitchen appliances and a fireplace in the back bay (beacon st. and dartmouthst.).  Current rent is $2850/month. Do you know anyone who might beinterested in renting a place like this? He is also offering free rent forFebruary for anyone to move in after 2/8/16.
