Looking for someone to take over my lease from ANYTIME starting September 6th, 2016 to August 31st 2017

-$1375/month + heat and hot water included + we also have AC (gas, electricity, Wifi not included, but you can split those with my roommate)
-Excellent location for Berklee/Boco/NEC/Northeastern
-Ground level apartment
-I have one female roommate - so females only please!!!
-I can arrange to sell you my furniture, so you don't have to buy/move lots of stuff (bed, desk, shelves, drawers, curtains - everything is secondhand, but clean and in excellent condition/message me for photos)
-I will pay the entire reassignment fee as long as you reimburse me for the last month's rent, security deposit and key deposit - all already paid by me
