Looking for female roommate for fully furnished 3 bedroom in Allston (right front of Griggs St. T station) available from June 1st, 2017.
I'm looking for a female roommate who can takes over my room. I have two female roommates, one is a working professional and another one is a graduate student at NEU. Both of them are very nice and quiet. The apartment is located at calm area, close to BU/BC/NEU and Longwood Medical Area. 1 min walk to Griggs St. T station.

* Furnished with a twin size bed and a desk (+more).

* Close to Shaws/ CVS/ b fresh/ 88 mart

* Coin-operated laundry in the building

*20 minutes to Boston University via B line ( 1.6 miles)

*30 minutes to Boston College (2.5mile )

* 4 minutes to 66 bus stom (20 min. to Harvard)

* Other roommates are graduate students and young professionals

* Rent is $700/month , + wifi + power ususally 20$-50$/month

*First  rent and 1 month deposit are required.

* No smoking and no pet

* Must have good credit/ Graduate students or working professional only (apartment does NOT accept undergraduate applicants)
