Looking for three clean and quiet females to sublet rooms to from May to August 2018 with the possibility to sign onto a new lease.

Pricing:

- Rent for each person is $620
- Water is included in the rent
- Additional costs: wifi ($17), electricity (depends on usage but doesn’t exceed $40 person), heat (depends on the usage but doesn’t exceed $50 per person and I doubt you’ll be using it in the summer)
- All costs for the room & house will be sent to the guarantor
