帮助一个韩国朋友短期出租公寓。 位置就在东北大学对面。时间：5月17至8月17（可商议）， 详细信息如下：                                                                                                                  

- The room is available on May 17th through Aug 17th. (Changing date is flexible.)                                                                                       


$1950 per month included hot water and heat. (YOU WILL NEVER GET THIS NICE LOCATED ROOM WITH THIS PRICE). (Original price is $2400, but we will give incentives)

- Need to pay for deposit & security bill. (After completing the contract, this will be returned)

- Need to pay for wifi and electric bill.

- Near Northeastern University, Berklee, NEC

- 30sec walking to E line and Northeastern University, 5mins walking to Prudential, 10 mins walking to Fenway or Newberry st.

- Very closed to groceries : wholefood, cvs, shaws.

- This is room for a GROUP of 2 or 3 people.

- Room structure : a living room with two closet, a bathroom, a kitchen, a small size bedroom with one closet, a middle size bedroom with one closet. (two people can live together in this bedroom.)

- Full furniture in the bedrooms and a living room etc.

- Laundry machine and spin dryer inside Apt.

- Very clean : we clean the whole room almost everyday. Also, we wear slippers.
