We are looking for one female roommate to share a nice 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment (total 3 people) at Harbor Point.
The apartment is new and available at the end of August.

The building is facing the sea and next to the UMASS campus.
The apartment includes: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one living room, and a full kitchen with dining area.
Total 950 square ft (88 square m). Please see the floor plan below.

The rent is $750 for the living room (with a huge closet), which you can separate it into a 160 square ft (14 square m) room with windows. Please see the floor plan below.
If you like, you can put your name on the apartment lease.
No broker fee. Need security deposit.

We are two female PhD students in Northeastern University. We work during daytime and sometimes in the night too. We are quiet and clean, have a regular schedule.

For our future roommate, we would like someone clean. No smokers. No pets. We would like to become friends with my roommate but also respect privacy.
