整个公寓的租赁价格是1675/month，客厅和卧室都可以住人，可以同时租，也可以单独分开租客厅或者是卧室，客厅是650/month，卧室是950/month。网费和电费单独自己在网上缴费
地址是1118 commonwealth ave，MA02134，附近有绿线B，57bus，66bus，47bus。离harvard ave的koreantown 5分钟路程。去downtown 10 分钟的地铁路程。去哈佛、MIT 15 分钟的巴士路程。
马路对面有shaws market和88 market。附近餐馆很多。生活很方便。

I am happy to introduce my apt for you and this is my luck if you could move in my apt during the summer.
My apt is a single apt with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.  I attached the pictures.

The totally rental fee is 1550/month, including the hot water and all furnitures. 950/month for big bedroom, 650/month for living room You can pay the internet and electricity yourself online.


The address is 1118 Commonwealth Ave., Allston, MA02134. 10 minutes to downtown by subway. 5 minutes walk to Korean Town, where has a lot of Korean restaurants. I love them. The subway and bus station is just 2 minutes walk from my apt. So, it is very convient for public transpotation to downtown and Cambridge.

This is one Shaws market across street and one super 88 market near the street crossing. I martket them on the google map and attached to this email.
