房子位于Raven Street,会在十一月底空出来,所以可以从12月1日开始租.
1、交通
5分钟可以走到红线地铁JFK/UMASS站，地铁站有免费的Shuttle去UMASS 和 哈佛医学院。红线地铁可以到哈佛和MIT，转绿线可到波士顿大学。皆在15分钟以内。
2、购物
5分钟以内在JFK/UMASS地铁站旁边，有一个大的超市和药店，可以满足生活需求。
10分钟内可达South center，有商店、超市、餐馆、咖啡店和娱乐场所。
3、车位
租房为租客提供了免费的大停车场。免费。
4、租客和家具设施
和三个其他租客共享一个大的apartment，洗漱间和厨房、客厅公用。房客基本都是在UMASS和哈佛医学院的学者和学生，非常好相处。
基本是中国人，平时不会带朋友回来聚会等，清静，干净。
房间内有很舒适的床、桌子、椅子、书架、置物架等等。
房间内还有一格储物间。

租3个月以下，$550/每月，（包括水费），一月一交。
租3个月以上，$500/每月，（包括水费），一月一交。

1.Traffic:

Within 5 minutes walk to the red line(JFK/UMASS Station)

Free shuttle bus to UMASS and Harvard Medical School everyady.

Red line can reach Harvard and MIT, transfer to green line will reach BU, within 15 minutes.

So it is convenient for sutdents and profeesional guys.
And it is also very queit, far away from the busy roads.


2.Shopping

Within 5 minutes, near JFK/UMASS red line station, there is a big market and pharmancy.

Within 10 minutes, South Center, there is a shopping center including clothes, cafe, resterants and entertainments,


3.Parking
The house has a big parking place. Free for the tenants.


4.Tenants in house and furniture
You will share restroom and kitchin with other three nice person. Most of the tenants in house are students and scholars from UMASS and Harvard Medical School, Chinese people are marjority.
The renting room has a comfortable bed, a desk, a chair,a bookshelf and some shelves.
In addiition, the renting room has a storage room.
