本人暑期至10月底需要转租位于57th&11ave的豪华公寓内1B1B的主卧。 公寓朝向为南，自带阳台，阳光充沛。配有全高超大落地窗，正对空中花园+哈德逊河景。是整栋楼里朝向最好的。2016年新楼，拥有最先进的设施，每个单元皆为木地板，并且都有自己的洗碗机、洗衣机烘干机。卧室能放下Queen bed，dresser，书桌和书橱。还有一个很大的walk-in closet。客厅目前住了一个安静的NYIT大四女生。隔断之后依旧还有很大的公用空间。

租期：2017/6/1至2017/10/31（可以商量提前入住） 卧室：原价$2080/月，现在优惠直接$1950/月包水电网，一个月房租的押金即可入住！Prefer女生，不随便带人回家。

- Original rent $2080/mo + utilities + internet. Ok with for $1950/mo (utilities and internet included) plus one month rent as deposit if sign a sublease for the full term.
- About the unit:
    - Brand new apartment building finished in 2016/2017.
    - Sixth floor. South exposure (plenty of sunlight), with garden view and partial Hudson River view.
    - Hardwood flooring
    - Washer and Dryer in unit!
