A 4 beds 2 baths nice and clean single house with a couple and three Pomeranian dogs, looking for 2 qualified tenants to live together.

Wood floors throughout lower level, carpet on the second level(bedrooms). Surrounded by trees and creek that attracts wildlife diversity including ducks, turtles, birds and the occasional deer. Fully fenced back yard. We will take care trash/recycle bins to the street each week, lawn, leaves and snow. so you don't need to worry about those hassles of keeping up the house.

Now, we are looking for 2 tenants - students, or working professionals. Responsible and tidy tenants are preferred. Each will have a private bedroom with a private closet. (One bedroom is furnished, $750/month; the other one we could provide a nice dresser to use, $700/month) Two tenants will share a full bathroom and the entire recently finished basement as living and entertaining area with a half bath and a refrigerator. 2 parking space available (One is outdoor parking, free; 1 indoor parking $50/month)
