Private floor and private bath on RedLine $900 looking for female roommate

I am trying to help roomies to find a replacement for me. It's such a great deal that I have been living for almost 4 years. the basics are:
- private floor and private bathroom
- in south boston, on Red line, walking distance to Broadway station, close to beach

- $900/month , no agent fee
- utility is not included, usually $100/month total
- starting early December 2017, no strict lease term, preferably one year at least

- the other two roommates are female professionals
- shared kitchen and living space
- free in house washer and dryer
