Very modern 3 bedroom 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor of a multi-family home. Walk to Kendall Square in less than 10 minutes. WW carpet throughout. Laundry is in the unit. Big rooms and high ceilings all around. Modern kitchen and bathroom.
8-15 minutes walk to both Central and Kendall T stations.
About us:
I am a designer(female). Roommate is Harvard Grad school student majoring in CS(male). We are very clean and respectful!

5. Utilities are shared, hot water and heat are included in the rent, and we will be responsible for wifi and electricity and gas
6. First month + deposit to move in = two months rent
7. Available from December 1st, 2017, but negotiable on move-in dates, the lease ends in 8/31/2018
