The unit is available for rent starting on June 1. My wife and I have lived
here for almost one year, but are moving out on May 31. We are also
interested in subletting the apartment from June through the end of August.
We can negotiate the start date.

This is a first-floor apartment, a short walk from Union and from Inman
squares. The apartment includes a bedroom, kitchen, living room, and
bathroom, all private. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator and a gas
stove. The building contains three other units, all with quiet, friendly
neighbors. There is a large back yard and garden, with furniture conducive
to outdoor barbecuing. The apartment gets ample natural lighting during the
summertime. In addition, there is a basement for storage.

The location is convenient for bicycle commuting to MIT or Harvard, with
most of the distance covered by large roads serviced by bicycle lanes (like
Hampshire street). The apartment has several places to store bicycles
outside, as well as a basement, if you would rather not bring a bicycle into
the apartment.

Although there are no laundry facilities onsite, there is a laundromat less
than two blocks away. Wifi is already set up, but let us know if you want us
to continue service.

The apartment is rented for $1700/month plus utilities for long term lease.
We are offering the sublease for $1500/month plus utilities for June, July
and August. We are asking for first month's rent and a security deposit up
front. Broker fees will not be necessary unless you want a longer lease.
