Brand new / renovated room in a 2b1b (two rooms , one bath, one kitchen, one living room, patio) apt in Beacon Hill.
I am moving out and need to find a someone to take my Beacon Hill room lease.
Lease: 4/20/2019 - 8/31/2019(my roommate will renew the lease. You can renew the lease)
Rent: USD 1550 (for the room you are looking at. The total rent for the apt is 3100) this price is relative cheap in beacon hill. I got a good deal.
Bathroom: you will share the bathroom with one roommate
Location: next to the state house. Close to 4 green lines, orange line, blue line and red line.
Roommate: you will share this 2B1B apt with one boy. He is a professional worker in downtown and he very friendly, clean, respectful, and relaxed.  I am a girl and I feel very comfortable to have him as my roommate. Female and male both are welcome.
