详情如下：
This is a very popular location and has just become available a large beautiful (studio size) fully furnished room. It’s on the second floor of lovely three floor Victorian House on Griggs Park, for many years owned by an artist's family.
The room has three big windows, hard wood floors, Double bed, chairs, a cooktop, small refrigerator, microwave, no full kitchen, dishes, closets, bookcases, high ceilings, shared bath (with one other girl), and downstairs kitchen use. All utilities are included.

It is available for May for a 14 month lease or June 1st or mid Aug for one year lease that can renew. Someone is leaving for a job so dates are flexible to accommodate working people or grad. students.

Prefer only one female graduate student or young nurse, medical professional, teacher. It is a close (under a mile) Bike or walk to LMA and HMS and BU, Boston Medical Center/ City Hospital, Train or Bus to BC or MIT. The house is very clean and quiet.
Separate entrance.

Everything included: Electricity, Wi Fi, Heat, Hot Water, Air Conditioning, and internet. A laundry is off the kitchen for tenants to use and bi-monthly cleaning service is included.

Required: first and last month rent with lease, credit check, work or school references required. This a cohesive friendly house. We look forward to meeting you. We are especially looking for someone who can stay longer after one year lease.

This room shares a full bath with another female grad. student at Harvard Chan School. This area is quiet on the park yet close to Coolidge Corner restaurants and shops. It is perfect for BU, BC, NE, HMS , HSPH, or MIT, MFA and Longwood.

All schools and hospitals just a few steps to the GreenLine or #65 or #66 bus Walk or BIKE. It is situated on lovely Griggs Park in Brookline. There is a lovely garden in the back with a patio to enjoy in good weather.

This is a quiet family neighborhood! Near all the Coolidge Corner Brookline shops, Yoga, Cinema, restaurants and churches; easy access to everything without a car. Parking might be open for rent later.
